We prepare all necessary documents for registration. We will send the documents by email after an order, you return them to us signed – by email (scanned or photographed).

You will see your company registered in the commercial register within five working days.

After the documents have been signed, a notary and a bank have passed – we immediately register the company in the Commercial Register. The procedure lasts up to 5 working  days.

The cost is 200 LV

The price does not include: 55 BGN state fee. Fee for detection of Recruitment account 50LV  Notary fee for certification of the signature of a manager 10LV.
